Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you consent to Kojib and Stripe handling your payment data in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Currency: All payments are accepted in United States Dollars (USD).
Kojib utilizes Stripe to facilitate secure payment transactions. Stripe ensures that all payment data is encrypted and handled in compliance with the highest security standards, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Data Collection: When you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment information, including credit card details, billing address, and contact information. This data is used solely for processing your payment and is not stored by Kojib.
Data Security: Stripe employs advanced security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits. Kojib does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Refunds and Cancellations: Given the non-refundable nature of the Assessment Fee, Kojib does not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully processed. However, users may cancel their scheduled assessment up to 48 hours before the appointment time to reschedule without incurring additional fees.
The Assessment Fee of $1,000 is non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, Kojib reserves the right to offer partial or full refunds at its sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@kojib.com.
Rescheduling: Users may reschedule their assessment by contacting Kojib at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Users agree to use Kojib solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Kojib.
Except for the content you own, under these Terms, Kojib and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
